Studio Portraits Typography

This is a picture of me smiling, but all I used in the picture is type. I did this by putting the original picture's opacity on low, so I could see the picture and outline it with the type. From the point on, I just filled in the space with words that describe me. I used words like strong, independent, weird, funny, smart-those kinds of things. Hope ya like it!

Scanography

I scanned two pictures of me as a child, one is me as an infant, and the other is me with my best friend Leah, on the last day of school in kindergarten.

Studio Portraits

For all of these portrait shots, I increased the exposure because there were usually shadows cast across her face. Also, I increased the Fill Light to create more light on her.

Out of Proportion

To make this picture look out of proportion, I put a little boy in an egg in a nest. Obviously, a little boy is bigger than a nest and can't fit in an egg, so it makes sense.

Skin Softening

This is the original.
This is version that I softened and took away all the blemishes. I used the Eraser tool, which was one I had never used before.

Fine Arts Festival Poster

This poster is for the Fine Arts Festival. This poster will go up all around Albemarle County to advertise going to see the festival at the mall. I designed it to be eye catching with the yellow against the dark purple, but I didn't want it to be gaudy and obnoxious. I also made the location and date largest to make sure people saw that when they walked by, as well as the title to say what it was.

Reflections

This image is a mirror type of reflection.
